Sean was very professional and explained the repairs and the cost. I would have liked to have had a business card when he left because I couldn't remember his name. Also there seemed to be a lack on communication within the company because the part Sean ordered was available on Monday but I had to call on Tuesday to see the status of repair. I would have liked a call back as to the status before I made the call
