I worked with Bill, the father of James, the owner of Brick Specialists. Bill was friendly and caring, but most of the work was done by his crew and he was typically out hunting for new work. The work was a little sloppy and very pricey but generally pretty good. It's a real niche specialty, and good luck finding anyone else who knows what they're doing.

CAVEAT: We're only partially through our project. Based on the work so far, however, we've been very impressed with Brick Specialists. The crew has so far done a great job with our foundation stones; and it's reassuring to know that Bill, the elder Mr. P, comes by to work together with his crew and make sure everything is done properly. In addition, we were amazed when Bill (after letting us know) had his men bring the scaffolding equipment the afternoon prior (Sun.) to beginning work on the chimney repair Monday. They could immediately set to work Mon. and take advantage of the good weather. The chimney also looks great (and safe) now.
