I had problems with a vinyl window installation, including loud popping sounds, cracking wallboard and warping window frames. The project manager walked in and around the house with me to evaluate the issues I could be working with, answering my questions and showing me what he was looking at to diagnose the problem. The quote for this work, in addition to sealing the wood on my back patio roof, was reasonable. The two people sent to work on my house were both experience professionals who were effective at regarding issues and improvising at the job site. They were timely and focused.
