Tim Crum (Owner of TC Enterprises) negotiated a very fair bid relative to four other bids I received for a basement finish I am completing. Tim separated the requested job into three separate phases (underground, rough and final plumbing). Financially, I do not have a lot of money, and Tim worked out a payment schedule the was separated into thirds, requesting payment only after each phase was passed by an inspector.
I had a plumber from Roto Rooter complete some work at my house about one year ago and they overcharged me. I will never use them again. Tim is trustworthy and I will use him for every plumbing need in the future.
