Repair or Reprogram a Thermostat in 80229

They were really professional and really good. Definitely, I would recommend them. What I liked was they took the time to explain how to reprogram my thermostat and I can do it now.

Repair or Service a Swamp Cooler in 80215

He called right away; was very frank, open and honest. He was overqualified for what needed to be done. (The swamp cooler simply needed to be winterized.) I appreciated the fact that he didn't push to get the job, and that he offered a discount if I really needed him to do the work.

Repair Natural Gas, Propane or Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System in 80203

Total A+ experience with Steve. He knows furnaces... I mean *knows* them. I was all set to replace the furnace (I may still with a 95% efficiency model) but when he showed up (which was about 20 min after I called him--he was in my neighborhood) he went over things & gave me the low-down and let me know that I could easily stick with the current one. He did some tweaks to the furnace (and showed me exactly what he was doing & how I could mess with it myself), gave me some great tips on filtration & set my thermostat to work more efficiently... all for a very reasonable 50 bucks. He's also a really nice guy. I would recommend him to my mom.
